Rules:
1. Must be caught with a Spankin Stripers Lure.
2. Must be weighed in at a Certified Citation Station.
3. A picture must be taken of the fish with the lure in its mouth after the fish calms down.
4. Contest Starts April 16th through December 31st.
5. Picture must be sent to the website with the citation weight.
The money will be awarded on January 15th, 2012.
Updates will be posted to the website every 3 weeks.
