This is an older model Penn, that has just been factory recondioned and re-spooled by Penn Tackle. Its in excellent working order, but not new in appearance. There is no damage to the exterior,but the color has faded. It has a 4' boom. Base slide included, but SWIVEL PAD IS NOT. You may pick up the unit in Surry County or I will mail it thru Fed Ex.
