the property is 155 acres in andrews which is close to crapo, toddville and wingate. the lease includes sika hunting and waterfowl hunting.
there is a cabin with solar power on the property as well as nice parking and a bathhouse. we have feeders, stands, canoes a jon-boat, and some decoys, corn is included in the price. year round lease with access to fishing and crabbing. 10 guys total. the property is setup to handle the numbers and a few guys are more interested in waterfowl than sika so overcrowding shouldnt be a huge issue.
