It is barely used since we purchased the unit in Sept.2008. The unit has a large bathroom completely isolated from other rooms. It is loaded with all the options except a second AC (has connection for hook up), washer/dryer (also has connections) and generator (has place and cutout for it). The unit is very large inside and immaculate. RV boasts a large flat screen TV, DVD and AM/FM 5.1 surround sound system. The unit has two grey tanks totaling 80 gallons and one 40 gallon black tank. The unit comes with a fireplace, two rocking lazy boy recliners and a king size sleeper sofa. The bedroom has a king size bed also on a slide out. There is plenty of storage and a large fridge and Microwave oven. There are connections for satellite, cable and telephone. The camper has a lot of under belly storage. The unit also has both gas or electric hot water heater and the fireplace is run on electric.
