Timeshare Owner's Description:
This Unit is a Two Bedroom Townhouse, bedrooms are on the second floor with full bath in each bedroom , the master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool. The first floor is the main entry into a short hallway next to the full kitchen with breakfast bar, dinning room, living room with full size fold out couch, and a full size bathroom, their are sliding doors off the living area onto a small deck area located under the balcony of the master bedroom leading to the pool.
Two weeks go with this unit, the regular week and a bonus week. The regular week you can use at the Morritts Tortuga Club or you can book the week with ( RCI) or someone of your choice. The bonus week must be used at Morritts Tortuga Club. If you do not want to use your weeks, you can rent them out for over $1200 a week which pays for your maintenance fee plus gives you some cash.
The location of this resort is on th east end of the Island with most of the things you need right there, which makes it a more relaxing vacation area.
All dues and fees are current.
