This is a 1973 26' Stamas hardtop. The boat was owned by my grandfather. Last year, I completely re-wired and re-powered the boat. I installed a 90 gallon custom fuel tank, custom rooftop rocketlauncher rod holders, Lowrance Lcx-111chd, vhf, cd player, speakers, washdown pump, horn, etc, etc. This boat is quite beamy and has a huge cockpit area open for fishing. This boat has a solid fiberglass hull with no core. I recently epoxy barrier coated the bottom and applied new bottom paint.
With 19 rodholders, new electronics, "new" rebuilt Chevy 350 and Bravo 3 outdrive, all new wiring and lights, this boat is ready to fish! Boat cruises at 26-28 mph and top speed is 37 mph on the GPS. I am only selling this boat in order to complete my next project boat, a 1972 Bertram 28.
