On permanent site in Rodanthe NC. 200 yards from the dunes. Lot rent is $2750 due soon. Camper was purchased after Isabel for obvious reasons brand new. Family does not use any longer. Like new inside and out except for the tounge of trailer is rusted, obviously.
Sleeps 9. Has nice "L" shaped deck with permanent seats on it.
Camper cost 23k just a few years ago, priced for quick sale, 13K obo (plus rent for site 2008). Need to sell asap.
