Convenient to Fredericksburg, King George, Dahlgren, and pts north, this house sits on a hill with views to the Potomac and Maryland. Enjoy the view and a fireplace in both the family room and the master bedroom! Kitchen with breakfast room opens to family room with access to the deck. Home also has a brick walkway to a brick patio off the basement. All of this and easy access to some of the best fishing on the Potomac and a short run to the bay. Like freshwater fishing, this community as a huge freshwater lake as well!
