I have two practically brand new BPS Offshore Angler 15-30 inshore casting rods. They have been used once maybe, perhaps not at all, can't remember. No scratches, no corrosion, like new mint condition. Asking $45 each or $70 for the pair. They are sweet rods for the money, just not the kind of fishing I like to do. Prefer pickup in Richmond.
