This is a 1998 Mercury 2 stroke 9.9 hp engine. It has had a conversion to a 15 horsepower carburetor. It is a long shaft and comes with controls and cables. This is not a tiller model. The motor has not been used very much since I have owned it (2003) and probably has no more the 50 hours since then. It is maintained and runs well. I had it out the weekend of April 26 and it ran great. I am Maryland, north of Baltimore. $750.
