This unit provides accurate GPS/WAAS data and outstanding charting ca pability on it's sunlight viewable 7" VGA display. The GP1710C has a co lor screen that can hold up to bright sunlight conditions to clearly display buoy s and other chart details. It features an intuitive soft-key interface that is n othing short of user-friendly and easy to use. The GP1710C utilizes Navionics Cl assic charts in the NavChart format.
The GP1710C can stand on its own as a dedicated GPS/WAAS Chart Plotter, but it also can be connected to other NavNet component s for additional features. With the connection of a single cable, you can con nect the GP1710C to a NavNet Radar series, allowing you to display the Radar pi cture on the GP1710C.
