Description: Dimensions:
25.5 inches deep
6 feet tall
44 inches wide

This piece gets a lot of its character from the wood itself, as it originally came from an actual old (naturally weathered) barn. The pieces of wood used to construct the piece were barn window shutters and/or exterior walls, hence the special naturally worn surfaces.

The barn from which the wood came was located in Pennsylvania Dutch country.

To further retain the special natural finish and accentuate the weathered wood, the Amish craftsman hand-rubbed and treated the wood with a natural wax finish.

The fish (pictured) were painted by hand as well.

The doors on the piece can be closed and secured in two different ways and in true Amish fashion. The first is the rotating knob at the top of the doors. The second special way is via the weathered solid metal (iron and/or steel) hardware located in the middle of the doors (pictured).

There are already two holes (pictured) cut out of the back for cables to electronic equipment.

Perfect condition. This piece retailed for $1,800 because of the hand-craftmanship, quality, and its uniqueness. I am looking to get around $1,000 for this piece.

I am a very serious fisherman and hate to have to sell this special piece.
