Our client, a leading Manufacturer of fresh/saltwater Fishing Lures is seeking a National Sales Manager/VP of Sales for their US Operations. This person will be the top US contact for the company, reporting to Senior Executives overseas. The position will be based in beautiful State of Sunny Florida and will involve heavy travel in the US, Canada, and Mexico for customer visits, Industry shows, Fishing Tournaments, and to continually prospect for new business. An established network of contacts will be very valuable to bring to the table. Person should be experienced with the Retail and Distribution channels for the Marine Bait and Tackle industry. A minimum of 5 years industry experience is a must. This person will also guide and lead approximately 30 independent reps. 4 year degree desired but not a must.
Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate along with a generous base salary of $75,000-$80,000 plus bonuses to take it into 6 figures, travel expenses, cell phone, laptop, mileage, etc. along with a full benefit package.
