Too late for this weekend but I just returned from a week at Montauk. The fishing was outstanding with blues to 14 pounds and stripers to 28 pounds. Pics were terrible. Need to do a little retraining of my buddy with the camera. In the pics of my fish, my head was either cut off or my face was totally black. A little disappointing when you take the time out from good fishing to take pics and they turn out so poor.

The albie fishing was not good. We had albies every day but the numbers were way down. We had 1 to 3 albies per day. The blues and stripers made up for it. I just talked to a buddy who went up yesterday. He did not get out Sunday because of wind. He had great fishing today on blues and stripers but no albies. The striper fishing should only get better as the blues head south.

Can't go this weekend because of the CCA banquet, but I'm game for next weekend if you can put it off a week.
