I kept my boat on the Delaware river this past year and had a good time but I prefer the saltwater. Any idea where I can get a cheap boat slip this summer at NJ shore for a 22ft Larson?

Unfortunately, I think "inexpensive" and "boat slip at the shore" doesn't go together. Having said that, however, on the Delaware Bay side, you might find a few decent deals. Baypoint Marina in Cedarville (856) 447-9700) is especially decent; right at the inlet (in 10 minutes, you're fishing).
Maybe a private dock at the shore might be as good, but I doubt it.

Check around for a private dock.(Behind someones house)
I did, and found one for $650.00 a year.
