I'm looking for a guide in the Pamlico River area to fish with and learn from. We are in the process of building down in the Washington N.C. area and we would like to learn the waters in this area. My wife and I are light tackle anglers we enjoy fishing for Specks and Gray Trout and Reds both pups and bulls. We also enjoy catching flounder so if anyone has a name and number to call please post it for me.
Thanks,
Capt. Steve Seigel

P.S. Yes I'm a former Charter Captain with a 100 ton certification and at present
we own a plastic bait company and that's what we like to fish with. :clapping2:

There are a number of good guides but Nobody better in Orential than Gary Dubiel. Look for him at Specfever.com

You will like Gary, We drive down from Virginia fish that area in our own boats and also book guides several times a year. Gary is in my opinion the best for the Orential area and light tackle. Another good guide that is based in Manteo but fishes over on the Swanquarter side during the summer is Brian DeHart. At Harkers Island out to the Shoals of Cape Lookout I like Stick Sandling.

There are others but those are the three that my group likes the best.
