Have an off schedule Thursday so I plan to be out on the water by 6 and heading back by noon. Hopefully will be off Matapeake catching 'em up! Give me a hollar if you're gonna be out.

UJ: Went out last night... tried both sides of the bay between the green can and Matapeake... many more marks on the Western side between 30-40'. Didn't mark much at all on the Eastern side.

Should be interesting to see what happens after this blow. Looking forward to your report!

I was out late Sat pm same place and the Bay was flat calm and there was mehaden hitting the surface all over the place. Big bait, like 14" long. At first I thought it was rock hitting but when I got a good look it was menhaden or shad.

Now it looks like its gonna be blowing 15 when I get out, so I guess I'll only run 5 lines. Should be on 68 from 0600 to 1200.

6 hours of dragging and nothing to show but one tangle.

Got out a little after 6 and had 8 rods set by about 7. Luckily it was only blowing about 5 kts early, so I got set up before the winds picked up, which was around 8ish. Started at Matapeake and found good marks in 70' of water. Nothing. Then worked west towards TPL and worked 38-50' of water for a while. Lot of good marks there and a few more boats, but still nothing to show.

All the marks were above 30'.
