I know Lucian posted about this a week or so ago, but I was wondering if there are some out of the way places to have dinner/drinks along the Elizabeth River other than at Waterside...anyone have recommendations?
Thanks!
Ed
Try high street landing. Last year we stopped there at the JEWISH MOTHER and had good food. nice tie up out of the wakes and we could see the boat from the resturaunt.

Keep the recommendations coming - we sat at HRBT last nite and wanted a drive by boat other than Waterside also. Think its hard on the hull and prop to get to Colley Ave by boat - isn't it??

It is located on the Lafayette River. So if you don't run in to a log, crab pot, etc; you should be OK.:D

Thanks - learn something new every day - guess I'll pull out the charts. Then next time - I'll look like a hero when wifey asks the same question and it will almost sound like I have listened to her...hmmm....
