...a lot of specks paid lost thier lives yesterday because of Bruce at OE2.He turned me on a lure combination to help me catch a bunch of nice specks from the land we do not speak of. :bigfish: The lure was an charturese colored lead head (thin wire hook) with a purple lizard twister tail with silver flecks in it. I went back in there last night to weigh some of the fish and get some more!

Well...I guess the secret is out so I will back you up on this. I’ve been killing the specks on basically the same color combo for the past 2 months, even after the water temps really dropped. The purple lizard twister tails are awesome. Caught lots of rockfish on the same setup. You just have to use a sturdier hook. Spray them down with some Bass Assassin BANG scent spray, cast, and then hold on!
