Ilsamorada in February

We'll be in Islamorada from 2/16 through 2/24. We'll have our boat with us and plan to do some flyfishing. Just looking for some general advice on the best species to target in late February. We won't look down our nose at any species as long as it puts a bend in the rod. I have a great guide book for flyfishing the keys and I'm already studying the maps. We'll be as prepared as possible having never fished the flats. Still, it looks a bit overwhelming, so any general advice is appreciated...
