I was away this past weekend but heard of four or five boats getting caught at the HRBT with many many fish aboard. Anyone have any info on this? I heard one boat got a $18,000 fine just for fish, lost the 4 month old boat, trailer and company truck. Whats the word? Happened Saturday night.

Haven't heard that story yet. I was @ the HRBT until 3 in the afternoon last Saturday and only saw one other boat.

If it happened this last Sat. I doubt that there has been a fine as it has to go to court for that. Losing the truck and gear . . . I know they can (in theory confiscate gear) I thought that the only game/fish law that allows confiscation of a truck is jacklighting deer.
