Yeah, me too! I had a regular crew for a few years that has kinda fell apart in the last year for different reasons. One of which is "I just can't afford it anymore". Hell, I can hardly afford it anymore! :eek2: It's not just gas, it's also the increase in old fees, licenses, permits, and the new one's the states seem to think we need so they can continue to fill their slush funds - that has nothing to do with what the original fund is being collected for. Another thing that's a real pain is making sure anyone that goes with me has a NC license. That alone has made it a pain in the a$$ to get a crew. :soapbox:
I just get really uptight when I miss a day in the blue H2o like today. I work in the IT field and I'm on-call for two weeks on, and two weeks off. All of the planets have to be perfectly aligned for me to get time to go out on a weekend because of weather, crew, etc. You know the drill... Weekdays are not such a big deal in that respect, but I have to contend with not using all of my vacation time..... and getting a crew
I better stop now. My heart rate is getting out of control. :censored:
Have a nice day! :D
