The Buggs Island Striper Club will be hosting a tournament this upcoming Saturday, December 6, 2008. The general public is welcome to participate as long as you join the club ($10 per year). Tournament registration forms will be accepted up until 7:00 pm Friday December 5, 2008. You can mail in your registration or drop it off at R. J.’s Country Store on Rt. 39 & Hibernia. Entry fees are $30.00 per Boat and Big Fish Pot is $10.00 per Boat. Start Fishing Time is 7:00 AM on your honor anywhere on the lake and the weigh in time is 3:00 PM in Clarksville at Buggs Island Bait & Tackle (Uppy’s at the Bridge).
