Pasquotank River Reports

:fishing2: Went out in the rough water of the river Saturday and caught two rockfish off the Coast Guard base. They were 20.5 and 17.75 inches and both were off rattletraps. Has anybody had any success in the last week further upriver by the Pecan Farm or the hospital and if so what bait were you using. I have heard of some rocks being caught by the hospital but have not heard what they were being caught with.:fishing2:

i caught 1 at the trestles, heard of some up further. may go again tomorrow up river. maybe there still out further to mouth of the river????????
