best or will do the just just fine? the cost difference is $200-350. on the low end and never had a problem is a good old marine grade igloo probable 150-162 quart size $150-175 most places last i checked. If you want the BEST go with a icytech or similar (yetti,etc...) cooler. they are heavier but will probably hold ice for a week. as for multiple uses(is tuna,etc...) if you have the room opt for a 270 quart cooler. if you happen to get into a tuna bite of 40# pluss fish you will be hard pressed to get four fish in a 160 quart igloo. you can probably find deals on these craigslist, tf classifieds from time to time and other places like thehulltruth and spotfisherman.com good luck

How much room do you have? One thing I do is cool my cooler down before my trip. Doing this makes the ice you put in to stay frozen and it does not have to cool the cooler down.

It depends on how many anglers you have that you are holding the catch for. If this is on you own boat and you have limited space you might want to look into fish bags or canyon bags.

100 sea bass will pretty much fill up a 160 qt cooler just to give you a frame of reference. Throw in a limit of tiles and grouper for 4 people and you can be talking 1 or 2 160's and a 270 qt.
