We are headed out to Bimini from Pompano next week and we need a little advice on where to fish offshore when we get there. We are focussing on Tunas and have a good map of the area. Should we look for the temp breaks, humps, birds, other boats, drop offs? Any advise you can give would be great.

Fished in bimini a couple of weeks ago. North west of the Isacs, was the best bet. Head north from Bimini and look for the tower then head offshore. Look for the birds, without birds we had zero luck trolling. We also had success around Victory Cay (key) on the rip 180 to 350 feet live baiting with pichards, google eyes, and yellowtails.
Bottom fishing was a lot better, loaded the coolers with grouper, snapper, and triggers.
