I would like to do some flyfishing on the flats either late november or sometime in february. When would be a good time to go for bonefish? And can you recomend any good guides?

Ive waded & fly fished the flats in Feb from Bahia Honda State Park to Key West. Unfortunately, because of colder water, bones, tarpon, permit are scarce. There could be some cudas, jacks on the flats. Best to get a guide and get out into deeper water. Big jacks can be had in KW Harbor. Ive also caught some nice bluefish on the surface, also fished the Marquesas in Feb. with not much luck. If the water warms up for a spell, forget all the above, could be some decent fishin.

That is if he survived Wima, his boats are besides his houseboat, which are docked at Harborside
BTW, the best flats fly fishing is April/May....
