fished our first club tourney today and my son and i won 1st place and big fish. 14 5 lbs for five bass and i caught a 7.10lb big fish. caught at least 25 bass all on shaky heads and jigs. windy but beautiful day. got another one next sunday. open to the public.

good job billy.. sounds like a great day... me n my son manged 2 bass all day at speight 2 2lbers and a few pike .. water temp was 54 most of the day.. just could not find a pattern .. my buddy steve was in another boat out there 2 fish all day also .. my brother fished chic lake once again 2 fish all day .. sounds like you had the great day buddy. we just coundt figure them out .. congrats good start to a new season ..
