Late Feb. Early March Advise

I am going to be in Orlando for work the last week of Febuary and would like to get some advise on which coast and where to go the weekend prior (2/25-26) or after (3/4-5).

I am willing to travel anywhere the fish are with hopes of getting into some sails or possibly tarpon. If I get down to Miami then I will probably try to dive as well if possible.

If you want to make the trek south (about 3 hours) to Palm Beach, I am the mate on a charter boat at Sailfish Marina. still steady sailfish action at that time, with the big kings showing up then too.
