I have a payed for several inshore charters, and last year finally towed her down to buxton several times, had a blast of course you are allways at the mercy of the wind. I would like any of you all's advice on the best course of action to take when seas/weather permiting, I would like to troll or drift just offshore close to Hatteras inlet, thanks in advance!!

fish are shallow....water is warmer...and thats where a lot of bait congregates.
