To you guys who use BKDs to bail Dolphin. Do you use a jighead or just a worm hook?
Thanks,

That's right BKD stands for Bass Kandy Delight.
Some use them to bail Dolphin.

From someone that does a lot of bailing, the only way to go is a 5/0 circle hook. With a circle they are easy to hook, do not throw the hook when they jump and are very easy to dehook over the fish box with a dehooker. They are also a lot safer for our charters.

Never used them for bailing but have used them while looking for a school of bailer under a weed line, I find it easy if you know they are around and just need to find them.
Thet can't seem to resist them, but then I am using them with a jig head.
hook1 or 2 slow the boat bring the school up to the stern, start thowing some meat and let the blood sling.

I use a jig head, typically 1/2oz.
They will hit just about anything when you 1st pull up on the float, for serious bailing though bait and 5/0 circles is the way to go.
Best bait in order of preferance. Cut bonita, penut bunker, cut bailer belly(bastards are serious canabals), cut butters, bally or sardines, squid.
