Miami Area Fishing in Mid-March

I plan to be in Miami around March 15 through the 21st. I would like to know what the inshore and offshore fishing is like this time of year and who do you recommend for charters?

That time of year we will be catching sailfish, kingfish, mahi, and tarpon. If I can help you in anyway let me know. If you want to find me just google my name and it should be pretty easy.
