Greetings to all,
We live on deep water off Long Creek in Va Beach. We have room for a small boat up to 26 feet to tie up at our bulkhead. I hate seeing this slip go without someone using it. We will use it one day, but until then here is the offer. For the right owner, you can tie up for free. All that we ask, is that you are courteous, respectable, and caring. Also, we ask that you leave the keys. We may take a sunset cruise or fish a day here or there, but nothing that would impede on your usage. Don't worry, I'm a licensed USCG 100ton captain. Worked on the water a few years, but have moved on to other things. Also, I work 6-7 days a week, so fishing/boating time is very limited (i haven't been on a boat in 3 years). This is a gentleman's agreement, and open for anyone interested.
