Fished the munk last week looking for the elusive ring perch-- after a slow day of no perch and a few kitty cats- Capt Scott "Big Cat" Wallace- put angler Griffin mcDaniel on a 14" inch coon pushing 2#. Just cant quite figure that munk out for perch. :bigfish:

Now that's a biggun!! Congratulations.
Someone told me "big cat" ate a triscuit with berkely catfish power bait spread on it when ya'll were fishing the james one time. Said ya'll wouldn't bring him to shore when he got sick. Any truth?

Ol Big Cat has a nose for the fish but is a bit less discriminate when it comes to boat snacks. We're unsure exactly what happened but somehow on a late night cattrip he got the berkley catbites mixed up with the vienna sausages. To my knowledge he's the only thing thats ever eaten a catfish bite. Not much we could do for him--he rallied and we fished on.
