anyone tried in the last week or so for rockfish out there ?? water is in 50's

Fished for 3 hours Sunday afternoon and only snagged 1 bunker. There is a lot of bait but didn't get a bump. Water temp was in the mid 40's, not 50's. joey

Caught 18 fish between Stingray Pt. and R2 over the weekend. Not the real big ones I was hopeing for though. All were between 15-25 lbs. All on BIG baits right on the bottom. GOOD LUCK!!! OPTIMYSTIC

sunny and 50 this weekend will turn the fish in the river on .... I'll be out if the wind ain't kickin'

yeah i am gunna give it try too, gunna try out my new trolling motor anyway so i might as well fish awhile. sting ray point?? up past mathews right?

York River is on the south end of Gloucester

i know where the york river is just thought sting ray point was up near the rap river.

You are correct. It is the south side point (Deltaville) at the mouth of the Rapp.
Windmill Point is the north side point of the Rapp.
