I'm planing on doing a little shore bound fishing. Casting jetties,inlets or whatever. I love to jig. Any tips for a geenhorn?

Get some 4 " trout killers, jig heads, storms, and rattletraps and you are good to go. Ad a tip of shrimp to the trout killers / storms on a 1/4 oz jig and bounce the bottom for trout, snook, and reds. Throw the traps in same area for same results. Fish two hours either side of high and look for jumping baitfish and mangrove overhangs. I'll be in Fort Myers Thursday doing the same off of Sanibel in a yak.

Thanks Guys! Breezy here today but I may get out a little.
Gerald get some Johnson silver minnows in gold and a DOA bait buster, small BA's will work over there for Trout and ladyfish.
