If my memory serves me right Howell's on Aberdeen in Hampton has sunbrella somewhere between $10 - $15 a yard on 60" wide rolls.

Hey buddy I'm selling a entire roll that is 80" wide in "Pacific Blue" but if you are looking to make a boat cover for you center console boat.... this is the place to go.. I bought one and love it. They custom fit it to your boat... go to T-Top Boat Covers (http://www.ttopcovers.com)
the guys name is Kevin and he will treat you right... I've had mine for over 3 years and love it. I know a guy who has had one for just over 9 years and it still looks new.... Great product and well worth the investment. But, if you only need about 75 feet at 80" wide,,, well then I'm selling the roll for 200.00. PM me know if you want to go that route and I'll send you pics. I'm located in VA. Bch. VA.
Hope this helps.

Dylan, T Tops does not have my pattern. I have called and they are where I got the idea. I can sew so I figured if I got the material for not to much I could save some $$$$$$. I think T TOPS can make me a top for 950.00 for a 5 year top but I would have to go to South Carolinia for a fitting. whats your bottom line on the bolt you have?

Small Boat Junky,

Make sure your machine has enough power to make a decent stitch. Sunbrella is great material, but it's a little tough to sew well on a home machine. The hard part is finishing the seams where you have three or four layers that need stitching (and possibly 5 foot long seams). That will burn a motor up in a hurry!

I have some smaller pieces you can have if you want to check. (although you can probably get scraps from any top maker)
