Wow that is some nasty looking chit, can you imagine what else is out there, maybe off of the shipyard in the james or off of langley in the back river. what a mess that our fore fathers left us, kind of like we are doing to future generations with our spending right now. sorry to be all doom and gloom, and at least they are finally going to clean it up.

I think future generations will be able to drink pristine water directly out of the Elizabeth River LONG before the economic disaster being created in Washington is undone.
