Where to fish tomorrow???

I need some advice on where to fish tomorrow. This is the most recent weather report. Looks like the weather will be half decent in the PM, but they are calling for 10-20 out of the north. We have a small boat, so I'm not sure if we should run down to the flats from havre de grace (which could be wet and rough) OR put in at Port Deposit and try for shad. My only concern would be the water quality with the rain we are to get today and tonight. Any advice is appreciated!

I fished Deer Creek yesterday and had a fair good day. Not a banner day but more than worth the trip.
