:helpsmilie:What do you guys think it would cost to change oil/ lower unit oil, and fuel filters for twin 05 150 four strokes from a dealer? I know I can do it my self ( dont have the time ). Just want to compare my bill to others.

Short answer. $ 400.00 - $ 800.00 (Depending on Mfg and dealer).
I recently purchased a filter for an engine ( 225 HP) that we do not sell... My cost was pushing $30.00....... suggested retail was about 34.00.
That same filter for the 225 HP engine that we carry retails for $ 17.67.
Yup, It's expensive owning a boat....but more so if you don't do your maintenance!!!!

ALOT. I just did mine and I have the same engines you have. I did thermostats, water pumps, lower unit grease, oil change & filters and fuel filters for both... $800.

I'd think you would spend as much time taking the boat the the service shop and picking it back up then doing it yourself. That is if its not allready at a marina.

I just changed my engine oil with yamalube and the filter. That was $100 approximately. The lower engine oil was very easy to change. The lower unit oil, pump (used to pump the lower unit oil in to the lower unit, two new seals, and greas for my prop spline came to $45.00. The fuel filters are around $25.00 I believe but have not change them in two years. Here is a great video on you tube on how to change the lower unit oil.
