Tough Day at Bugs

Went yesterday, water up almost 5 feet from last weekend. Fished all day for 6 bites and 5 fish. 3 were right at 3 lbs. and 2 dinks. Fished Eastland, Panhandle, Butchers and Rudd's; main lake muddy and pushing in to the creeks but clear water wasn't hard to find once off the lake. Water was in the bushes but the fish weren't. At least I wasn't at work![grin]

What was the water temperature ? - and have you fished Gaston this year ?

Water temp was 51.2 in the morning and late afternoon in Butchers was 57.5. I fished Gaston last Saturday and had about the same luck 4 fish with one of those about 4 and a quarter.
