I realize this issue has been discussed at least on the Ches Board, but I have not been able to locate the old threads.

A friend has some water in his built in gas tank and wants to have a professional service company drain and "scrub" the water out of the gasoline. I seem to remember a company in Annapolis or the upper Bay area, please let me know if you have a company name or contact info. Thanks! :helpsmilie:

Do it yourself... This is how.

Get a fuel filter the big ones like for big diesels. Place a lines to it and a pump.
Have a line coming out of your tank,
place it on the intake end of the fuel filter case
Place a hose on the out going side of the filter and attach that to a hand pump
Place hose on the out going side of the pump and back into your fuel tank.

I know guys that have done this and they all tell me it works great. I will be doing this myself this year.

I have to get the same thing done and just called them. They know their stuff and the prices are very reasonable compared to others I have spoken to.
