Meeting my father in law at the river this weekend to try for croaker or anything else that may be biting. Has anyone had any luck there? Any good spots to try? Should be great weather to try!:clapping2:

I heard that Big Croakers are being caught in the York River!!
If they are not in our area yet.....they should be here soon.

I helped a friend pull his gill net the other day, very few croaker but had a nice puppy drum that went almost 20 inches in it.

The fish will be coming soon as long as this weather stays warm. I cannot wait. I want to see this river flooded with boats!

some guys couldn't close the lid on their cooler on Friday night with so many croaker in 6' water near cherry point. Some fish went 2 lbs. bloodworms, shrimp and squid.
