.We normally head to the OBX from Richmond in July to meet the family for vacation. They live in Greenville, SC. I haul the boat down and we fish, eat drink and be merry! This year the chics are asking about going somewhere new and talk of Charelston came up, Looks like the trip will be the second week of July. Question 1, What is biting? Question 2, do I haul my 25' Seafox WA down there or do we charter a ride once we get there for a few days? I have no problem taking my ride offshore if there is good WX but wondering how far to run for some steady, eadible pullage? Question 3 where to stay? We generally rent a spot in Pirates cove and keep the boat in the water for the week, would love to have access to a pool and of course the beach for the kids,We will have 4 with us between the ages of 1 and 13. They all like to fish but seems like they may want to do other fun stuff too. Any pointers / suggestions would be appreciated.
