We headed out a little later at around 6 am cause i forgot the tools in the wifes truck but all went well and we pushed out and headed to the fishing center to top off and then pointed south. we pulled a few points off the sat shot and found the remains of the spin off that was getting cold but full of skippies that were feeding on sand eels but no life other than them so we pushed to the stream and started to troll. The current was NUTS up to 5 kts in areas but we trolled around a desert for a while and got a short strike on the planer (pulled off the hoo) so we gave it a bit and headed back to where we seen the skippies and found that it had reattached to the stream. We looked around for a couple of sec and then found two-tones but nothin else with them but we trolled all around them in them with them etc. The sun was getting low so we set up and started our drift. First came the squid and a bunch of them at that we had a 50 ft cir in the lights all filled with squid then the two tones came and ruined that then came the blue sharks to keep the night intresting. Day came and we were moving north looking around but didn't see anything intresting so we headed back to the marina under decent seas and warm winds (finally).
