Dunno about the lower but Conowingo was super muddy today. I'm guessing it's petty muddy belowe the dam. I normally fish the area pretty often but have'nt managed to give it a try this year. The fishing above the dam has been pretty good though.
Late morning on SaturdayI was at waters edge on the Susky up at City Island, Harrisburg. Looked a little murky but just fishable, vis about 12"+. Flow was fishable and dropping.

Early Saturday morning ( 5-8) I was at Bainbridge and had 1 very small bass and 15 small walleye. River is a little cloudy.
