Need Advice, heading to Albemarle Sound

Hello, gentlemen and ladies:

on Memorial Day Weekend, I am staying at a friends place near Columbia, NC, on the sound right at Bull Bay. Does anyone know what is going on around there, fishing wise? I have heard there are some commercial fishermen that use nets, so there must be some fish around. Any advice on what might be available in that area would be most appreciated. My host does not know anything about fishing, so your advice is key to my success. Happy holidays!
