e-tec 250 vs verado 250

which engine is going to give me the most bang for my buck ? This is a repower of a
(01 johnson 200) on a bracket
Is the e-tec as quiet?
Is there a differance in fuel burn?
Cost?
Any thoughts/ opinions ?

I would stay away from both. Go Suzuki or Honda you will be much happier.
