To all of you who gave me positive feedback Thank you very much , I actually recieved a few PM that really points me in the right direction.. Thanks for reading my post. I closed it because I felt after a few comments it would only stir the pot and not be what I had intended it to be...
There are Lots of retired Lawyers and Law Enforcement out here and felt it was a way that I could get some Direction. I feel a lot better today , ready to take further action today ...

John I don't apprecite the personal IQ attack, but I understand your Gripe this is a Fishing website ,,, .. Hope this Never Happens to you or any other fellow TF 'rs

Hope everthing turns out ok for you. Very sorry to hear your story and the way you and your family were treated. I personnaly don't see any problems with ANY of the TFers informing us of problems like this. We could all learn something no matter if this is a fishing forum or any other forum.

I read your story the cop acted unproffesionally you should definitly get the Country to pay your bills and they need to take action against that rouge cop.

No need to apologize, it can't be fishing talk all the time or this place would get totally stale ;-)
I've talked to a coupe lawyer friends and they routinely search the interent during cases, and will even suponea user names the parties commonly use. They are looking for inconsistiencies in the story, admittance of guilt by a party, or anything they can use to sink your character. Something to keep in mind if you've posted your story elsewhere.

Its John. Best wishes to you also. Sorry for ragging on the whole venting of legal issues. Luckily, I have never had these types of problems so I cant imagine what you went thru. Take this for what's its worth, but I know personally that too many people in uniform (non-military) take great advantage of their 'power' because they believe they have it and it doesn't get corrected. From experience, its very easy to justify 'action' under the umbrella of PC (probable cause).
