Decided to go for croaker today. Ran upriver to between the red and silver barns. Managed 20 nice croaker to 18". Fishing was steady but not fast. A few stiffbacks and spot also jumped on the hook. Finally got to use the new electric filet knife. Boy does that make fileting fish easy. Fresh croaker filets for dinner tonight. Light winds from the south, fair skies and fish on the hook made for a great day on the water.

Sounds about the same we did in the Piankatank today. Caught 18 croaker around freeport on an outgoing this afternoon with a couple hours of fishing.

Corded. That way it doesn't quit when you are the most tired.
